Soba Beef Stir Fry

After a gym session you’ve got to make sure you have a quick to prepare and make dinner. This stir fry took 10 minutes from start to finish.

2 frying steaks
1/2 a red and green pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
thumb size piece of ginger
1 garlic clove
100ml soy sauce
25ml mirin (only if you already have it)
chilli sauce
2 spring onions
sesame seeds
soba noodles

bring a pan of water to the boil • add the soba noodles and cook according to the instructions • slice all of the vegetables and beef • place the chopped garlic, ginger, soy, mirin and beef in a bowl and set a side • fry the onions in a little spray oil until soft • add the peppers • add the beef with a little sauce • add chilli sauce • when almost all of the red on the beef has gone add the carrots • fry for a minute more • drain and serve the soba • top with the beef and vegetables • sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onions
